Dr. Adnan Aslam

Dr. Adnan Aslam did his BDS in 2000, and after his house job trained for four years in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He acquired surgical fellowships from College of Physicians & Surgeons, Pakistan and Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Dr. Adnan practices the full scope of his specialty including management of wisdom and other impacted teeth and dental implants. He has full hospital privileges to admit patients for management of facial injuries, aesthetic jaw surgery (orthognathic surgery), secondary cleft surgery, problems of the jaw-joint, jaw tumours and surgical management of oral cancer. His prime specialist interest is in the management of the patient with facial deformity (aesthetic jaw surgery/distraction osteogenesis), on which he has lectured extensively; nationally and internationally. Dr. Adnan holds undergraduate teaching appointments for the last eight years, and is actively involved with the academic activities for Pakistan Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, being the Regional Coordinator for the twin cities. He also has membership from the International Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and sits on the OMFS subspecialty committee in the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan.
