I’m Dr. Namrah Ahmed, a dedicated Physical Therapist with a strong foundation in both academic and professional realms. I hold a degree in Physical Therapy and have further specialized as a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Gynae Rehab Specialist from Harvard University. I am also a Certified Chiropractitioner and Osteopath from Italy, which allows me to approach patient care with a comprehensive and holistic perspective. As an Executive Member of the Pakistan Rehabilitation Organisation, I actively contribute to advancing rehabilitation standards in the country. My experience as a former therapist at Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad, further solidified my skills in treating a diverse range of patients. Currently, I lead PHYSIOFITT in Blue Area, Islamabad, as the CEO and Consultant Physical Therapist, where I am passionate about providing top-tier physical rehabilitation services to help my patients achieve their best health outcomes.
