A wart is a small, rough, solid, blister-like outgrowth that can appear anywhere on the body. They are caused by viruses in the human pappilloma virus family. Symptoms of warts include, small, fleshy grainy bumps, rough to the touch, have black points which are clotted with small blood vessels
