Dr. Atif Munir is a skilled Diabetologist and Endocrinologist in Lahore with over 11 years of
experience. He has been an important part of raising awareness and understanding diabetes
better in our society. He has also been vocal about how to avoid Type 2 diabetes that is often
developed in adult life. He is currently offering consultations at Omar Hospital &Cardiac Center
and is an Assistant Professor at Fatima Memorial Hospital.
Qualifications
Dr. Atif Munir is an extremely qualified healthcare provider with many qualifications. He has
completed his MBBS from King Edward Medical College and then his MRCP Medicine from the
UK. He further completed his MRCP Diabetes & Endocrinology from the UK and then his CCT
in Endocrinology & Diabetes. He has also received his FRCP from Royal College of Physicians
in London as well as his FRCP (Edin) from Royal College of Physicians. He is a member of the
Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).

cause for obesity and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), he says that poultry meat has no
