Prof. Dr. Ayub Ahmad Khan is amongst the top ENT specialists in Lahore. His career spans over three decades. He is an esteemed member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Pakistan.

Not only is Prof. Dr. Khan an expert doctor, but he also is an avid researcher. He has the honor of being offered a Ph.D. position at the University of Newcastle.

Alongside years of experience, Prof. Dr. Ayub Ahmad Khan also has impressive qualifications as well. After completing his M.B.B.S in 1988, Prof. Dr. Khan has gone ahead to get MCPS (ENT), FCPS (ENT), MCPS (HPE). He also has a BACO fellowship (UK) alongside House Ear Institute Fellowship (USA).

Prof. Dr. Khan’s specializations include ENT, Head and Neck, cosmetic, cancer and ENT surgeries. Prof. Dr. Khan is also trained in Advanced Trauma Life Support as well.

Experience

Prof. Dr. Ayub Ahmad Khan has performed over 10,000 surgeries and counting. He is also part of the surgical oncology team and has helped a lot of people get better.

Another jewel in Dr. Khan’s crown is the fact that he was a part of the prestigious visiting physicians’ program in L.A.

Presently, Prof. Dr. Khan serves as the Dean of Clinical Sciences and postgraduate studies at Private Medical College, Lahore, where he is also the head of ENT department as well.

He is also practicing as a professor of ENT, consultant ENT surgeon, endoscopic surgeon, medical educationist, and UHS and CPSP certified faculty master trainer.

Activism

Prof. Dr. Ayub Ahmad Khan feels strongly about the issues that pertain to the general public, and he duly takes steps at mitigating them. He has the honor of starting neonatal hearing screening services in Pakistan, as it is imperative to recognize auditory problems in infants and start the treatment early on.

Moreover, Prof. Dr. Ayub Ahmad Khan was also part of the team that was responsible for the first-ever Cochlear Implant program in Pakistan. Through this program, people with hearing impairment were provided with cochlear implants.

Prof. Dr. Khan is also a part of many national and international conferences that seek the resolution of problems that plague the masses.
