Dr. Salman Taj Uppal

Dr Salman taj Uppal did his MBBS from Pakistan. He then went for further training to USA and UK. After his initial medical training, completed MRCP and did specialist training in Gastroenterology, liver diseases and General Internal Medicine from London Deanery. He mastered looking after Inpatient and Outpatient complex GI cases and GI Interventions. He is doing Diagnostic and Therapeutic Upper and Lower GI Endoscopies including dealing with Upper GI Bleed, esophageal stenting, Achalasia balloon dilatation, Esophageal variceal band ligation, gastric fundal glue injection, Pyloric dilatation, duodenal stenting, PEG tube insertion, NJ tube insertion for feeding, small bowel enteroscopy and bleeding therapy. Colonoscopy with polypectomy, Bleeding Endotherapy, sigmoid stenting. ERCP with common bile duct stone extraction, plastic and metallic stenting as well as Pancreatic stone removal and stenting.
