I did my post graduate training ( Residency & Fellowship ) in Internal Medicine, Allergy & Immunology as well as Clinical Laboratory Immunology from Medical College of Virginia Hospitals, Richmond, Virginia, USA. I also did a Research Fellowship in Asthma Genetics at University of Oxford, UK. I qualified as Diplomat American Board of Internal Medicine in 1995 I qualified as Diplomat American Board of Allergy & Immunology in 1997 I am a fellow of American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology. I was elected America's Top Physician in 2007 and 2008 I worked as faculty at Medical College of Virginia Hospitals' Division of Allergy & Immunology. I was the founding Program Director for the first Adult Allergy and Immunology postgraduate training in the whole of the Middle East. I was Chairman of the Scientific committee for Adult Allergy & Immunology at Saudi Health Commission I was Chairman of Angioedema Center of Reference and Excellence (ACARE) in Saudi Arabia I am a member of Hereditary Angioedema International I am a co Author of the upcoming World guidelines on Hereditary Angioedema I am the only physician from Pakistan who represents Pakistan in HAEi ( Hereditary Angioedema International) in their meetings regarding HAE in Pakistan I am a specialist in Asthma, Allergies, Angioedema, Urticaria, and Primary Immune deficiencies.
