About Ms. Yumna Ismail

Yumna completed her M-Phil in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Professional Psychology in Bahria University. She has gained professional experience in play therapy as a child therapist at Aga Khan University Hospital (AKU) for children undergoing surgeries and lengthy treatments for chronic situations. She has also completed a supervised course in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy for Interpersonal effectiveness in life. With her extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, she has perfected an Eclectic approach that helps tackle the consequences of toxic relationships, breakups, anger, and behavioural issues.

She also has dealt with clients suffering from low self-esteem, depression, performance anxiety and low body image perceptions.Yumna believes that providing a non-judgmental, safe haven for her clients enhances her therapeutic approach.
