Dr. Babar is a pioneer in the field of Plastic surgery and has played a unique role in the development for this specialty in Pakistan. He has over 33 years of experience in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, more than any other surgeon in Pakistan. He is founding and life member of several professional societies and has established the first teaching department of plastic surgery in Punjab at King Edward Medical College & Mayo hospital. He has trained 12 plastic surgeons who are serving in various hospitals in Pakistan and abroad. Dr. Babar has been listed in the Marquis Who is Who in America consecutively for last 25 years and is also listed in the who is who in Asia and International Biographical Center, Cambridge, England.
