Testicular cancer is a disease in which malignant (cancer) cells form in the tissues of one or both testicles.Symptoms include painless lump or swelling on either testicle, pain or discomfort, change in the way a testicle feels or feeling of heaviness in the scrotum, dull ache in the lower abdomen or groin and sudden buildup of fluid in the scrotum.
