How to use Clexane Injection 4000 IU?

• Inject subcutaneously into the abdominal fatty tissue, at least 5cm away from the navel
• Rotate injection sites daily between the left and right sides of the abdomen
• Avoid rubbing or massaging the area after the injection
• Follow the exact schedule prescribed for surgical or medical prophylaxis
• Do not skip doses during the prescribed preventive course
• Never adjust the dose on your own without medical advice

Drug Interactions

• Increased bleeding risk when taken with aspirin, NSAIDs, or other antiplatelet drugs
• Increased bleeding risk with oral anticoagulants such as warfarin
