How to use Dyclo Injection 75mg/3ml?
- Given only by a doctor or trained healthcare professional through deep intramuscular injection into the gluteal muscle
- Usual adult dose is one ampoule, 75mg, once daily, given twice daily only in severe cases
- Not meant for self administration or intravenous use
- Total daily dose should not exceed 150mg from all diclofenac sources combined
- Course usually limited to one or two days, followed by oral or rectal diclofenac if pain continues
Drug Interactions
- Aspirin and other NSAIDs: Combined use raises the risk of stomach bleeding and ulcers
- Warfarin and other blood thinners: Increases the risk of serious bleeding
- ACE inhibitors and ARBs: Reduces their blood pressure lowering effect and raises kidney risk
- Diuretics: Effectiveness may be reduced and kidney function may be affected
- Lithium: Can raise lithium levels in the blood to an unsafe degree

Storage Conditions
