How to use Geonic tablet 10mg?
- One tablet is taken once daily, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
- A full glass of plain water, not mineral water or juice, should be used to swallow the tablet
- An upright, sitting or standing position needs to be kept for at least thirty minutes after the dose
- No food, other tablets or drinks should be taken during this thirty minute waiting period
- Lying down right after the tablet should be avoided since it raises the risk of throat irritation
- Calcium and vitamin D intake should continue as advised by the doctor
