How to use Gloral Tablet 35mg/450mg?
- The usual adult dose is one tablet twice a day, taken with a meal.

- Treatment courses are generally short, often five to seven days, unless a doctor extends it.
Drug Interactions
- Other Paracetamol Products: Combining Gloral with other paracetamol based medicines raises the risk of liver damage.
- Sedatives And Sleep Aids: Taking Gloral with sedatives or alcohol increases drowsiness.
- Anticholinergic Drugs: Other medicines with anticholinergic effects, such as certain antihistamines, can worsen dry mouth and urinary retention.
- Warfarin: Long term paracetamol use alongside warfarin may affect blood clotting and needs monitoring.
