How to use Hapicit-E Tablet 10mg?
- Take once daily, in the morning or evening, with or without food
- Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water
- Usual starting dose is 10mg once daily for adults
- Dose may be increased after at least one week if needed, under medical advice
- Do not stop the medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor
- If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered unless it is nearly time for the next one
Drug Interactions
- MAO Inhibitors: Combining with MAOIs can cause dangerous serotonin syndrome and requires a washout period.
- NSAIDs and Aspirin: Increased risk of bleeding when taken together.
- Other SSRIs and SNRIs: Raises the risk of serotonin syndrome when combined with other serotonergic medicines.
