How to use Osstium Sachet 2g?
- Mix one full sachet with a glass of water to form a suspension.
- Drink it right after mixing, since it does not fully dissolve.
- Take it at bedtime, ideally two hours after your last meal.
- Avoid taking it with milk, dairy products or calcium supplements, since these lower absorption.
- Take one sachet daily, unless your doctor advises a different schedule.
Drug Interactions
- Calcium Supplements: Lower the absorption of strontium ranelate, so space doses at least two hours apart.
