How to use Romycin tablet 500mg?

• Take one tablet once daily, usually for 3 to 5 days as prescribed.
• Take on an empty stomach, 1 hour before or 2 hours after food, unless your doctor advises otherwise.
• Complete the full course even if you feel better early.
• Space at least 2 hours apart from antacids containing aluminum or magnesium.

• Antacids with aluminum or magnesium: Can reduce azithromycin absorption if taken together.
• Warfarin: May increase the blood thinning effect and bleeding risk.
