Samerol-N Forte pairs orphenadrine with paracetamol. Orphenadrine is a muscle relaxant that acts on the nervous system to ease muscle spasm. • Other paracetamol products: Combining them can lead to paracetamol overdose and liver injury.
• Alcohol and sedatives: They add to drowsiness and slow thinking.
• Anticholinergic medicines: Some antihistamines and tricyclic antidepressants add to dry mouth, constipation and confusion.
• Warfarin: Regular high doses of paracetamol may increase its blood thinning effect.
