Melasma is a skin condition characterized by dyschromia (alteration in skin color). It causes brown to blue colored patches to appear on the skin. While melasma is not curable, medications like Sanclear cream can assist in effective melasma management. As a bleaching agent, Sanclear cream can help reduce the appearance of dark patches or spots on the skin, making them less noticeable.

2. To reduce the appearance of freckles

Freckles may appear as small light brown patches or marks on the skin due to sun exposure. Sanclear cream can be applied topically to treat freckles. It exfoliates the skin, reducing the appearance of freckles and promoting a more even skin tone.

3. Management of various hyperpigmented skin conditions
