How to use Valoron Tablet 50mg?

• Adults: one 50 mg tablet 2 to 3 times daily after food, as prescribed.
• Do not exceed 150 mg (3 tablets) in 24 hours.
• Swallow whole with water, without crushing or chewing.
• Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.
• Not recommended for children unless a doctor advises.

Drug Interactions

• Aspirin and other NSAIDs: Combining them raises ulcer and bleeding risk.
• Warfarin and blood thinners: Diclofenac can increase bleeding risk.
• ACE inhibitors, ARBs and diuretics: It may weaken their effect and strain the kidneys.
• Methotrexate and lithium: Their blood levels may rise and cause toxicity.
• Digoxin and ciclosporin: Diclofenac can raise their levels or kidney toxicity risk.
• SSRIs and steroids: Together they increase stomach bleeding risk.
