About two years ago my palms started itching and then scaling. Over the past two years my joints are now aching, the bottoms of my feet are starting to itch and crust. I've used all sorts of creams and ointments. I've started to get edgy and short tempered, does anyone know if this is a sign of the pain process. Also, is there any type of diet I can try that may help. I do yoga, eat healthy, avoid smoking and now cutting out caffeine.

I have a small red itchy patch on the side of my foot that seems to be getting bigger, it is a little scaly but not silvery, no other patches that I have noticed so far. Is this a Psoriasis condition?

Assalam u Alaikum. I have skin problem. I take scarf for hijab but every time I wrap it, I feel irritation and itching around my neck. Sometimes it irritates too much and it is like my skin has been scratched. Apparently there is nothing. Skin is normal and no reddish sign are there. Apart from scarf, if my hair also touches my neck skin then It starts itching. Please tell me possible reasons and solutions for this problem.

I started to have high blood pressure, after monitoring month, mostly staying normal at once increasing. I had two episode of high bp, went to hospital, they checked it was 170/ 80 and before few days 190/ 110, done ecg , everything was fine alhamdulillah, went to cardiologist, he suggested lexotinal and neroban, if I have headache. Hi i am 17 years old. I’ve been having these episodes where I have a hard time breathing and my chest hurts, I also get very painful migraines . Then sometimes I have blurry vision and i have to grab on to something .
