Strict Diet

Asked for Female, 35 years

I'm on a diet from last 2 weeks and I only eat when I'm hungry and just eating raw food like fruits and vegetables and I have one glass of milk daily. I've noticed from last 3-4 days that my complexion is getting pale and yellowish even there are yellow shades inside my eyes. Is it because of the diet? I seriously need to loose weight .

Dear Patient,

If you are getting a yellow discoloration, get LFTs done to make sure you are not developing jaundice.
Get yourself screened again for hepatitis A B C especially if you are not feeling hungry or having nausea or vomiting.
