اسلام و علیکم۔۔۔ میرے گردے کم ورکنگ کر رہے ہیں ۔ جسکی وجہ سے پیشاب کم آتا ہے پانی جسم میں جانے کی وجہ سے وزن تیزی سے بڑھ رہا ہے۔ اس وقت 120 کلو وزن ہو چکا ہے۔۔
