hypochondriac pain

I have right hypochondriac pain since 3 years. Pain exacerbate due to long standing and relive when slight tilted to left side. The ultrasound show no hepatomegaly no mass cause. What could be the possible reason for this?

Dear Patient,

Was there some injury you experienced? Do you lift heavy weights regularly? Do u generally feel weak? Have you tried applying some voltral gel to that area and do warm compresses? What all treatment have you sought for it?
