Dear Patient,

Yes it is. You can use it all through the day except at bedtime and shower time. If you wear it 3-4hrs at a stretch its best to take it off for an hour to let your skin n muscles relax a little before wearing it again.
If this is too difficult you can wear it when going to a party only.
