Addicted to Nelbon

Asked for Male, 23 years

One of my friends is addicted and using Nelbon for 2.5 years. In the beginning, he was taking 120mg per day and Now he has reduced up to 20mg per day. Is there any place we should take him so he can get rid of it..your gentle suggestion would be highly appreciated.
