Adenoids Problem

My 9 year old son has adenoids. Is there any solution other than an operation for this. During day time he is fine but at night he snores a lot and he gets flu attack more often. He is otherwise mashaAllah healthy child. Please suggest. I've heard somewhere some people have been cured by homeopathic medicines.
