This just appeared on neck, back and feet, with feet affected most, of my two months old daughter. Who to consult, dermatologist or pediatrician? Please do recommend if you know someone really good at it.

Dear Patient,

It seems your child may have some viral infection like measles/chickenpox/etc. Keep her away from other kids till 5dys from the first time rash appeared, wash her clothes and bedding daily, apply calamine lotion, avoid scratching with nails and keep child's nails short to avoid infecting rash. Kindly show a pediatrician as soon as possible. Give calpol syrup for fever. Boil washed neem leaves, and use the water to bathe your child.
