Anxiety and High BP

I am going through severe anxiety and depression. Age is 26. My bp use to remain very high, 135/95 mmHg in normal hours and when its not normal it reaches to 145/100 mmHg. Anticipated reason for the case is over thinking and my abnormal diet, I am skipping breakfast and dinner usually. Does any recommendations or therapy advise I can get to control the things?

Dear Patient,

When you are aware of your triggers- skipping meals and overthinking- then why don't you feel motivated to fix these? If you don't feel motivated why don't you consider short term counseling from a psychologist?
Here are some tried and tested tips that may sound redundant but will have a huge impact on your life if you try a few religiously.
Sleep and eat at fixed times, have many smaller meals rather than few large ones, find healthy coping mechanisms for stress, read self help books/apps, eat more fresh foods n less junk, have lots of water. stress is a part of life, its best to learn to cope with it from a young age.
