Baby Acne

My baby is 45 days old, he's having acne and dryness on face & only dryness on ears. It looks like allergy. Kindly doc please help. What should i apply on his face?? Can I give him anti-allergy drops?

Dear Patient,

No need for antiallergy. Use a mild soap on him first like dove. Massage before baths daily and then after a bath apply physiogel to damp skin. Don't rub it just dab it gently. If this doesn't help in 2-4weeks then see a child specialist first.
