Baby Constipation

Dear Patient,

Regular dairy milk is hard to digest for kids less than one year old.you should make her foods in formula milk or add breast milk to cooked food.
For normalizing stool Dalya is good, you should also give her roti, avoid rice and sagoodana. Give fruits that start with P like papaya n pear. You can also give apples and mangoes. Give one TSP brown sugar mixed in milk or warm water to help relieve constipation. You can also mix one tsp of Benefiber in her food to help with digestion. Encourage foods with peel like cucumbers and apples as fiber increases stool. Also, give her lots of water. Low water intake can cause constipation.
