Dear Patient,

What do you mean by eye teeth?
How old is your child? How much panadol are you giving and after how many hours?
If panadol doesn't seem to work switch to syrup febrol in the same dose. Make child wear fewer clothes, give baths/cold sponges
For flu, we give syrup Zyrtec half tsp at night to babies 1-6 yr old for 5 days.
For loose motions, you could give one bottle of enterogermina once a day for up to ten days along with khichri, yogurt, banana, and sagoodana diet. Pedialyte to avoid dehydration.
To my knowledge teething may cause moderate fever not high, crankiness, loss of appetite.
