My daughter is almost 16months old but her diet is not good she hardly eats few spoons or even spoon of any solid she doesn't take feeder properly and I have to wean her due to some reason help me and advise me what should I do plz..

Dear Patient,

You will have to explore different food flavors and textures, give her some toy to play with to distract her while she eats. You can also play around a little or take her outdoors to help her eat. Give ample gap between meals and make sure to exhaust the child physically so they feel hungrier at mealtimes. If these don't help, see a child specialist.
