Baby Girl Weak

My baby girl is 8 months and 7 days old and she is too weak she doesn't sit herself she is not gaining weight. She doesn't take formula I give her banana apple cerelac. She is active but she is too weak... I had tried fresh milk she also does not take that I am too tense.

Dear Patient,

Fresh milk isn't good before one year. Which milk did she take before? If she's not taking milk you can give her yogurt and cheese. It could be plain or flavored. Try making some fresh yakhni at home then cook oats with a vegetable n a piece of meat in that yakhni. Add only a pinch of salt and pepper, haldi for seasoning. Puree this food once cooked. Instead of oats, you could put khichri too. You can consult a nutritionist for a good diet chart and follow that. Kids enjoy different foods and textures.
