Baby is cranking

My baby is 45 days old he did not poop since 5 days he is exclusively on bf today he is cranky since morning.iam doing belly massage and also doing sikai but all on vein wat should i do please doctors give me advice.

Dear Patient,

You will have to see a child specialist immediately who can advise you accordingly. If the stool passed is too hard it can hurt your childs anal region.
If your child is tryinf to pass stool your paediatrician may put glycerin suppository in his stool area to help him pass stool, otherwise an enema may be given- both these things you may not be able to do yourself hence see a specialist kindly asap
