Baby is quiet

My younger daughter is 2years old. She say only baba and mama. I am worried about it. Sometimes when i say her name she didnt respond (not always) She is very quiet. Always busy in watching rhymes on tv or tab. She didnt try to speak or talk. What should i do? Please suggest me a good child specialist Help me!
