Baby not eating food

I have to ask that my son whose age is 17 month, but he doesn't eat anything we have to feed him forcefully, I visited 3 pediatric doctors, they all gave me syrups that he will start feeding but in vain, he feels hungry but he doesn't like to eat anything except water.

I'm sorry to hear that. How long has this been going on since? Did they rule out a possible throat infection if this is a recent development? Do you give him milk during the day or any chips and candies- if so then immediately stop it? If a child has easier unhealthy food options they don't have healthier foods. What all do you feed him? Do you give him regular homecooked food or cerelac?? Does he not even take a bite or does he throw up when he eats? Kindly answer these questions so we can guide you
