Baby not talking

My son is 35 months old, he doesn't talk, not even a single word, not even yes or no if I ask any question, neither gives gestures of yes or no. Crying and pointing at certain things is his only tool to make us understand what he wants.No response to our talks at all.

I'm sorry to hear that. Consider taking him to a speech therapist who can help you in this matter. I am sure you have discussed this with his doctor as well, what does he say? Is there an issue with your child or he feels this is just a behavioural issue that can be managed with time? Kindly consult a good child specialist and a speech therapist.
