Baby not well

My baby is four month and 16 days. He has severe flue, blocked nose, passing runny stools 6/7 per day, cough and main problem is not taking milk. I took him to specialists did three days medicine course. on that time motion was stopped but he is not taking milk and has swerve cold i started nebulizer him after advice of doctor but he is having still cough and flu and motions and big problem not taking milk. i am giving him similac easy tummy.

Dear Patient,

The child seems to have blocked nose due to which he isnt able to feed. Put 2drops norsaline nasal drops in both nostrils before each feed. If nebulizing 2-3times/dy isnt helping, take steam upto 2-3 times a day- dont need to give it directly, just take the child in a small room and fill it with some hot steam. Sit for 5-10mins. The kid should pass mucus in vomit or stool and then congestion will release. Give syrup zyrtec 1.25ml once at night (quarter tsp)
Continue giving milk in boiled water
