Baby Severe Constipation

Asked for Male, 7 years

My Baby boy is 2.5 years old. he has severe constipation since last 2 weeks. I visited every child specialist in Faisalabad. No medicine & no remedy affect my boy. Last option is micronema. Please suggest me what should I do. I'm really worried about my baby condition.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. You can use a Kleen enema, it's safe and helpful in this condition. Give your child non-binding foods like roti, oats, papeeta, figs, apples and fruits and vegetables with peal like cucumber etc. Avoid yogurt, rice, banana etc. Give him syrup lactulose in routine if he's likely to be constipated always. Please don't worry. Give your child lots of water to drink to keep stool soft.
