Baby stool gap

My little baby boy is of 2.5 months he passes the stool after one day skipping one day in between is it normal? (He is taking Similac 1 formula milk along with Mother feed) Second, I am recommended by my family to start Woodwards Gripe water in order to make his digestion better and to avoid any kind of gas. Need recommendations.

Dear Patient,

Yes if this is how his stool has passed since the start then it's normal. It will improve once he starts solids.
We don't recommend any medicines before 6mths of age. You can give him tummy time and massage under his belly and do belly exercises for newborns as given on YouTube and help relieve his gases.
