Baby Stool

Need help my 3.5 months old passing little bit runny stool having threads like in it and very smelly. Passing only 1-2 times in 24 hours. He is on breastfeed and formula lactogen only once in a day. What can be the possible reason?

I'm sorry to hear that. Please give him half bottle enterogemina once a day for five days, make sure bottles are well sterilized and the formula is in boiled water.
