Baby support

Asked for Male, 6 years

My son is 16 months old but can’t sit for much time without his hand support. As dr. said he is very delayed from his age, his tests are clear CT scan is normal but dr. didn’t find exactly whats his problem? Any doc here who can help me? Or have seen a case like this?
