Back ache cramps and a high temperature

I am pregnant with twins. I was having symptoms like back ache cramps and a high temperature. However all of them vanished all of a sudden. I ran an HPT and a very faint line appeared that was quite darker. What does that indicate?

Dear Patient,

A home pregnancy test cannot tell much about the status of pregnancy, one line shows no pregnancy and two shows pregnancy.
Since you are already pregnant there isn't much it can show for you.
You can go for a CBC and urine dr to rule out any infections. However, its best if you see a gynecologist in clinic & she can run all the necessary tests for you.
Much can’t be said here as we don't know all your symptoms and current month of pregnancy etc.
