Back pain

Asked for Female, 28 years

I was in a car accident in december. I went to a pain clinic. I was diagnosed with sprains on both sides of my back and my lumbar region and was prescribed pain pills and physical therapy. i did not go back and pain has gotten worse. It hurts when I move and if I bend down and if I am too active that day it will hurt all the way down my leg. i feel misdiagnosed. please guide

Is there a reason you didn't consider physiotherapy? Physiotherapy is a slow but sure way to heal and cure many muscular ailments.
