Back Pain

Yesterday, I picked up a heavy object. All of a sudden, I felt an excruciating pain in the center of my back, almost like I was being stabbed in the back with several knives. The pain was so severe I could not get back to my feet. It took me 5-10 minutes to stand up after I took some Panadol, which had no effect. I cannot breathe well, I struggle to talk on some occasions and my left arm feels heavy and tingly. I have history of back pain and also a pins and needles sensation in the upper back

Dear Patient,

Seems like you may have dislocated some part of your spine which is causing pressure on your nerves and causing these symptoms. you need an MRI of your cervical and lumbar spine immediately. Alternatively, you can actually get an XRay of both regions (Cervical and Lumbar) and then consult an orthopedic. Meanwhile, give yourself rest, drink plenty of fluids, avoid lifting weights. with gentle hand apply fastum gel to the affected areas, thrice a day. take tablet brexin twice a day (breakfast & dinner) for a week. consult an orthopedic with Xray/MRI at the earliest possible.
