Back pain after delivery

Kindly suggest something for back pain after normal delivery it's been a year now still feel pain in back Dr suggested once CAC calcium. I took in drop D injection.once a month but jab Chor do toh dobara start hota h though I don't take them regularly. please help and suggest something and also reason for this. How to overcome it.
