Back pain problem

I have back pain. X-rays show everything is fine. It's been a week or two now and I have felt no improvements in my back even while sleeping with a pillow between my legs. If it's my hips, my father has had 2 hip replacements and he is not the same anymore he has deteriorated from what he once was. I want to find a solution for this problem as soon as I can because it's a worry. Things like this don't get better themselves, they only get worse as you age. What suggestions do you have?

Dear Patient,

Can you please tell us what exactly are you experiencing and what treatments have you received for it? are you unable to put weight on it? where exactly is the pain? do you experience any numbness/tingling with it? are you able to walk up the stairs and carry out your daily tasks? if not then you should see an orthopedic. Since Xray shows no evidence, you could get an MRI of your spine/hip/affected area. if its the lower back, get a lumbar spine MRI if its upper back gets the cervical spine MRI and consult with dr with reports.
