Bad headaches

I am almost 18 and ever since I was little I have had horrible headaches or migraines. Before, I used to get at least once in a week. If I sit in my dark closet, I feel like I am going to vomit. So I do not want to get out of bed. I tried talking to my doctor about it and she said it was nothing. My family thinks it as stress.but I am not. My headaches are worse than they have ever been. I get pains in my neck, eyes and all over my head every day. I just want them gone. What can i do about it?

There are a few things we can discuss so as to understand why this is happening.
Is it after eating foods like coffee and chocolates?
Is it accompanied with intolerance to light or noise? Do you end up seeing patterns/aura?
Do you have powerful bright white lights in the room where you study?
-try limiting your screen usage
-take lots of water
- I would suggest you get your eyes tested at the earliest
- if you notice any trigger foods avoid them.
- take a healthy diet of eggs milk fruits & veggies
