Bleeding during pregnancy

I recently got to know that I am expecting. I didn’t get the chance to go see gynecologist. I guess it's just 2 3 weeks now that I felt cramps and now at this hour it started bleeding. What should I do?

In case of spotting notice its quantity and color. Avoid any physical and mental stress. Maintain normal daily activities. Sometimes some spotting & cramps occur when baby plants itself however if this is occurring frequently & a pad is necessary then you should see w gynecologist immediately. Good luck
